For BrandStyle, BRAND-IT & Custom Projects

These terms cover how our done-for-you branding packages work, what you’re agreeing to when you book, and what you can expect from us. No fluff, no legalese overload—just straight-up transparency so we’re all on the same page. Read it, know it, and if anything’s unclear, just ask.
💰 PAYMENT
Full payment is due upfront to lock in your spot. No payment = no booking.
All prices listed are in USD (United States Dollars) unless otherwise specified. If you’re purchasing from outside the U.S., your bank or payment provider may apply a currency conversion or international transaction fee. Neo Genesis is not responsible for any additional charges.
💵 CURRENCY
Life happens — we get it. If you need to reschedule, just let us know ASAP, and we’ll move you to the next available slot. But if you cancel, here’s how it works:
🟢 Cancel 30+ days before your kickoff call = Full refund
🟡 Cancel between 30–72 hours before = 50% refund
🔴 Cancel within 72 hours (or mid-project) = No refund
Our calendar fills up fast, so the sooner you tell us, the better we can work with you.
📅 RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS
Once you pay, you’ll get an onboarding email within 24 hours with instructions on what to send to us to receive the booking link for your Kickoff Call & Reveal Party. No homework = no booking. There might also be other checkpoints in our 1-week process where we might request for you to send certain items / assets to us in a timely manner. If you miss a deadline or ghost, your spot gets bumped to the next available opening. No exceptions.

You get full usage rights to all final deliverables. No source files are included.

You’ll get all of this in a custom Brand Playbook — with your visuals and messaging tied together in one easy-to-use document. We handle the writing based on your input—you bring the direction, we bring it to life.
📦 WHAT'S INCLUDED (BRAND-IT)
If there are any additional assets that you need help with outside of what's listed above, you have the option of adding them to your base BrandStyle package as an add-on. Any add-on assets are custom quoted, (and could potentially stretch the original 1-week project timeline depending on the scope), so please reach out to inquire regarding any add-ons to get a custom quote / estimated project timeline. Add-ons can include (but are not limited to) design / redesign of:
Additional social templates / website page mockup designs
Business cards & print marketing material
Pitch decks, powerpoint presentations & capability decks
One-sheets
Podcast cover & asset design
Sub-brand design
You are responsible for sending us all finalized content for add-on items (i.e. copy / content) prior to the start of our engagement in order for us to provide you with a quote, and work it into our intensive process. No content = no design. We’re here to make your stuff look awesome — not write your copy for you.

If it’s not listed above, it’s not included. This package does not include:
• Full brand strategy
• Website development or builds
• Ongoing support after delivery
Not sure if something’s included? Ask us upfront — we’d rather clear it up now than surprise you later.
❌ WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED
BrandStyle and BRAND-IT run over one week. Final files are delivered within 2 business days of your Reveal Party (unless otherwise stated). If your schedule pushes the reveal later, your files will still be ready — we just wait until you’re back to make it official.
⏰ TIMELINE
Only you (and collaborators) are given access to your brand files for security reasons. Access can be granted to outside parties on request, but we reserve the right to deny access if a request looks fishy. Your final files will be available for download for 30 days after delivery. After that, we reserve the right to remove them from our end. It’s on you to back up your stuff — we’ll remind you, but we’re not your cloud storage.
📁 FILE ACCESS POLICY
Once final payment is made and deliverables are sent, the rights are all yours to use however you want. We may showcase the final brand in our portfolio or marketing (because, let’s be real — it’s gonna look great). Let us know before we start if you’d prefer we don’t.
🧠 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
This package is super clear on what’s included — on purpose. If you ask for anything outside the deliverables (extra designs, new edits, more concepts), it may require an additional fee. We’ll always check in before adding anything extra.
👀 SCOPE CREEP CLAUSE
We handle revisions live during your Reveal Party. Any requests after final delivery may require an additional fee, depending on the scope. Let’s get it right the first time.
🔄 REVISIONS
If something wild happens (natural disasters, power outages, unexpected illness), we’ll communicate and reschedule as needed. We always aim to finish fast, but we’re human. Life happens.
⚠️ FORCE MAJEURE
All project communication happens via email or the shared folder. Please keep messages clear and direct — we’ll do the same. If we don’t hear from you within 5 days post-reveal, we’ll assume the project is complete.
💬 COMMUNICATION
We build brands that look damn good and feel aligned — but we can’t guarantee specific business results. Your brand sets the stage, but what you do with it is up to you.
❌ NO GUARANTEE
We reserve the right to share the final brand in our portfolio and on social media unless agreed otherwise in writing. We’ll never post your personal info — just the work we’re proud of.

These terms apply to all digital products offered by Neo Genesis — templates, downloads, toolkits, and any other resources we create for DIY branders. By purchasing or accessing any of our digital products, you agree to the terms below. If anything’s unclear, just ask before buying. We don’t bite.
✅ WHAT YOU’RE GETTING
All digital products are delivered via instant download or access link after purchase. They’re designed to help you DIY your brand — but they’re not services, and they don’t include 1:1 support or customization unless explicitly stated.
Unless otherwise noted, everything is:
• Digital-only (no physical products)
• Single-use license (just for you)
• Non-refundable (because you get instant access)

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once you’ve received access, we can’t offer refunds, returns, or exchanges — no exceptions. If you have questions before purchasing, email us. We’re happy to clarify what’s included so you can buy with confidence.
💵 REFUND POLICY
Your purchase includes one (1) personal license — which means it’s just for you or your business.

• Use it internally across your own business or with your team
❌ You can’t:
• Share, resell, or distribute the product
• Give it away as a freebie or use it in a paid product or service
• Copy, clone, or lift parts of it for commercial use
Short version: You bought it for you. Keep it that way.

All digital products are the intellectual property of Neo Genesis. That includes the design, structure, layout, and copy. Buying it doesn’t give you ownership of the content — just a license to use it for your own brand. Stealing, ripping off, or reselling our stuff = immediate license violation. We take this seriously and enforce it if needed.

Files are delivered via email or download link after checkout. If it doesn’t show up, check your spam folder or search your inbox. Still nothing? Contact us and we’ll resend it. Please download and back up your files within 30 days of purchase. We can’t guarantee long-term access if you lose the original link or file.
