Branding

  • People love to overcomplicate this, but it's actually pretty simple. Branding is knowing what makes you different and communicating it in a way that actually makes sense to people. It's how you show the world who you are, what you're about, and why they should care — without pretending to be something you're not. The internet's a crowded place. The only way to stand out is by owning your weird.

  • There are two moments when you should really think about it:

    1. If you’re just starting out Get your shit together first. Figure out your thing before you start marketing. Your brand is the blueprint for how you show up. Skip it, and you're basically yelling into the void wondering why no one's listening.

    2. If your brand doesn't feel like you anymore — Maybe you're embarrassed to share your stuff, maybe you're attracting all the wrong people, or maybe you've just outgrown it. No shame. Brands evolve. Yours should too.

    The truth? Nobody can tell you the exact right time. But if you cringe every time you look at your stuff, that's your answer.

  • Personal branding is all about you — your face, your vibe, your story. Business branding is about the company — the name, the logo, the whole package (think Apple, Nike, Google). Most of our clients have both. It's really just about which one takes the lead. If you're the face of what you're building, your personal brand usually drives everything and the business brand wraps around it. If the company is the star, that leads instead.

    Either way — pick one, build it right, then figure out the other. Trying to do both at once is how things start to feel messy and disconnected.

  • You don't need to be an influencer to have a personal brand. If you're online — whether you're running a business, making connections, or just putting yourself out there — you already have one. The question is whether it's intentional or not. A personal brand is just how people experience you online. If you're not shaping that, someone else is filling in the blanks for you. And they're probably getting it wrong.

  • That's what we'd call a founder-led business. You run under a company name but people are really coming because of you. Think coaching practices, consulting firms, agencies — the business has its own brand but you're the reason people book. This is super common and honestly, it's where most of our clients are at. You build the business brand because at some point you might bring on a team, expand the offers, or step back from delivery. The brand needs to be bigger than just you — even if right now, you're the main attraction.

  • Once your brand is set up, you're going to run with it for the next 6-12 months without needing to change a thing. After that, you might notice it starting to feel a bit off — maybe it feels stale, maybe you've needed to make tweaks as your business evolves. That's normal. This is when you check in with your branding expert to get things patched up before it gets worse. Think of it like a car that skips its oil change — your brand gets clunkier and more disjointed until it feels like a mess and keeps you from showing up the way you want to. Don't let it get there. Our Process

  • Most of the time branding takes months because of what happens between the actual design work — endless emails, waiting on feedback, going back and forth on revisions. We cut all of that out. Everything happens live on calls with you in the room. Here’s how it works:

    1. (Day 1) The Kickoff Call — We kick off with a deep dive into who you are, what you're about, and the vibe of your brand. This is where we lock in your vision and set the visual direction for your brand.

    2. (Days 2-6) Our BrandBlitz Intensive —Over 5 days, we take everything from the Kickoff Call and turn it into a brand that actually feels like you — logos, colors and visuals.

    3. (Day 7) The Reveal Party This is the big reveal. We walk you through your entire brand live, get your feedback in real time, and make tweaks together on the call. You get to stamp your thumbprint on everything — and we don't wrap up until you're 100% happy with it.

    4. (Days 8-9) The Final Delivery Two business days later, everything's finalized, packaged, and sent straight to your inbox. You're ready to hit the ground running.

  • Our packages are designed so everything works together. We don't strip things out, but if you already have a logo or color palette you love, send it over and we'll build around it. We might tweak a few things to make sure everything feels cohesive. Want to add something that's not included? Hit us up before you book and we'll let you know if it's doable and what it'll cost.

  • We co-create your brand, which means we need you fully locked in for the week. Our process is fast, but it only works if you're all in. Here's what we'll need from you:

    1. Get your assets and inspo to us on time — if we don't have your materials, we can't book your calls.

    2. Show up ready to talk about your brand. No second-guessing, and don't leave the decisions to us — we need you to come with a clear idea of what you want your brand to say about you.

    3. Be available to send anything we might need to keep things moving.

    It's your brand, so your input is everything. The more you bring to the table, the better the results.

  • Our whole process runs on your input — even if that input is "I hate this." Seriously, say it. We can't build a brand that feels like you if you're holding back. Our calls are where the big decisions happen, so show up and be honest. Trust your gut. If something's not clicking, tell us. If you've got an idea that feels weird, throw it out there. We tweak everything live in real time, so your feedback gets built in on the spot. What doesn't work? Sitting back and nodding like everything's fine when it's not. This only works if you're straight with us.

  • Our process is built to get it right the first time. You're part of every decision, live and in real time — we don't wrap up until you've given us the green light during the Reveal Party. If something's off after delivery — a rogue font that won't cooperate, a file that's acting glitchy, or a logo that looks weird on certain backgrounds — just hit us up and we'll sort it out. If you change your mind on something after the project's done, we offer add-on revisions. Just reach out and we'll give you a quote based on what you need.

  • We offer three tiers of hands-on support. If you start with tier 1 (visual branding only) and realize you want help with your website — no stress. You can upgrade to tier 2 or 3 to get hands-on support with your website. Outside of that, we're happy to connect you with our trusted partners who can support you with your additional marketing needs.

  • Every package has its own page with everything you need to know — what's included, how it works, and the price. Check out our Services page and pick the one that fits. Still got questions? Grab a time on our calendar and we'll figure it out together.

  • After you pay, you'll get an onboarding email with everything you need to send us before we get started. Once we've got it all, we'll send you a link to book your Kickoff Call and Reveal Party. The sooner you get your stuff in, the sooner you get that link. If your package includes a website, our web team takes over once your brand is done — but that doesn't start until your content is ready to go. Start getting your copy and photos ready while we work on your brand so there's no gap between the two.

  • If you need to reschedule, let us know as soon as possible and we'll find a new spot for you. Our calendar fills up fast so the sooner you reach out, the easier it is to work with you. Same goes if you miss the deadline to send us your pre-project materials — we'll bump you to the next available slot.

    Need to cancel? Here’s how it works:

    🟢 Before You Book Your Kickoff Call & Reveal Party —
    If you cancel before booking your calls, you'll receive a 70% refund. The remaining 30% covers onboarding setup, admin time, and transaction fees.

    🟡 After Booking Your Kickoff Call & Reveal Party — Your project has officially started. If you cancel more than 7 days before your kickoff call, you'll receive a 50% refund.

    🔴 Within 7 Days of Kickoff or During the Project — If you cancel within 7 days of your kickoff call, or at any point during the project, no refund will be issued.

  • Figure out your thing first — your business, your skills, whatever you're building. Your brand tells the world who you are and why they should care, but it can't answer the "what" for you. That part's on you. Once you've got that nailed down, start by DIY-ing your brand. Especially early on when you're still figuring things out and changing direction every other week.   • Yes and no. We can help you build a brand, but we can't tell you what your thing is — whether that's a skill, a service, or something you want to be known for. That part has to come from you.   • Words aren't really our thing — we stick to our zone of genius and refuse to do a half-assed job at something someone else could do better.   • Send them over. If you've got pieces you love, we'll build around them. We might tweak a few things to make sure everything feels cohesive, but nothing gets tossed without a reason. The goal is making sure all the pieces actually fit together — not just individually, but as a complete brand. That's why every package comes with a BrandPlaybook that shows you exactly how your brand is meant to be used.

  • We do. Website design is part of our tier 2 and tier 3 packages — whether you need a simple one-page site to get you going or a fully-built multi-page website.
